Need a map that doesn’t exist yet? I specialize in custom, GPS-accurate maps for any industry—from real estate to railroads. If it can be mapped, I’ll build it.

Using a GIS you have the ability to bring in current parcels and streets automatically. Using this data you can populate the labeling of each parcel with unit and address information. Manual placement of these labels for easy reading helps readability. Multiple imagery provider options can further add to the completeness of the map. This is a base starting point map that Mapsynergy can create for your project.

If imagery isn't your preferred approach your HOA can be rendered as a Clean Custom version. Easily sizeable to any area. Focusing on what you want to stand out for your HOA. This is a base starting point map that Mapsynergy can create for your project.

Starting from the previous Aerial with Parcels map we can now add landscaping areas based on the parcels and imagery. Area or SF can be calculated if needed. This is a map that Mapsynergy can create for your project.

This process starts with your official plat. We will need a full resolution, large format digital export from your engineering firm. This will have all of your important lot information included like this example. We will take that plat and overlay it on aerial photography. Then compare it to existing parcel data from the local county to get the positing of the new plat as accurate as possible. We aim to be within 1 foot of any survey points on the ground.

We then take all our newly created data and start assembling the map. Building from the ground up we have the current imagery, then the plat or plats, the master plan if needed, then the lots with all the populated fields, corners and buildable areas or lot dimensions if needed. Each layer can be turned on and off at any time for easy viewing. Most importantly lots are colored by status. Typically we apply the values of Available, Reserved and Sold. Adding automatically labelling lot numbers helps for quick navigation. Getting something looking like this.

The map is now configured for client use and is ready for the presentation step. Multiple apps are created for different easy access points focused on your audience.
The first app is configured to be used by the public and can be embedded into your website with one line of code. Including your company or project logo and branding with links back to your company or agent info. Layer control is made available for clients to toggle information on and off as they need it. Along with a printing tool and sharing tools if needed. Search bar is configured to look for lot number or address for quick searching.

The most common type of map for CRE has always been marketing or flyer driven. Where is the site and what is around it? This can be shown many ways most being on the screen grab or Adobe design side. Things to keep in mind if you are at that level is all labels are typically manual and added as needed every time. A lot of customization can be had this way but it is time intensive and typically not able to re-use the resulting image.
If using a GIS you can leverage databases in a re-usable way. Pan, zoom, re-size and the data will follow you. All streets can be labeled, parcels added, tenant logos, even access points or stop light intersections. Any other data can be added in bulk like color coded zoning or neighboring parcels labeled with acres. Depends on the story you are telling. All can be customized to your company branding and colors.

When moving into showing more about your site in the traditional way we introduce a map set. Showing the site at different scales. A wide shot of where the site is over a large area. Including general location items that are regional to help your audience place the site.

Interactive Maps or Webmaps for short can show vast amounts of information that you can click to get information, turn layers on and off and change scale or area. Most of these maps are used for digging deeper into a large area but having finer control over what you see. While asking questions of the data and getting faster answers to larger questions.
